Real estate agents are setting their eyes on the influx of crypto-millionaires, by meeting them on their terms, and accepting Bitcoin to pay for high priced luxury California housing.
"We realized there is so much new wealth in the crypto space, There are a lot of new buyers and a lot of people that have seen their wealth fluctuate over the last year." Andrew Canter, chief executive of real estate brokerage and investment firm Canter Companies told the LA Times.
Currently in San Diego there's two mansions for sale for Bitcoin - the custom built homes are listed at $19.8 million - or about 1800 Bitcoin (at time of publishing).
Southern California has taken the lead reaching out to Bitcoin holders seeking a luxury lifestyle, as we reported last year (link) Newport Beach's Lamborghini dealership offered to make those lambo dreams come true when they announced they are accepting Bitcoin as well.
